Cute Dream Character

Otter/Fox girl, she is as tall as a typical mother.  She is actually made of bubbles, but can change her look to be a normal colored anthro fox (see Puffypaws Vixen balloon), or a normal otter like Marlene.  Both of these forms have a thin outline and she looks somewhat cel-shaded.  Her proportions are NOT exaggerated, and she apparently starred in a movie and commercials.  What those were about, I can't remember.  She is kind, motherly, loving, and can do pretty much anything  When she had to leave, a hawk flies in and grabs her by the shoulders and they both turn into bubbles and break apart slowly into giant bubbles.  Also, she had no hair on her head and is...ugh...now I'm too awake to remember anything else...crap.
