Poor Little Guy...Part 3

Who remembers The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle movie?  This poor little ferret/weasel (I've heard him called both) was used as a test subject for the Computer Degenerating Imagery (CDI) weapon...I've taken to calling him Bucky...and so have two other people on the internet that I know of...one of them being .

You can't hear what he's saying at this part, due to that horrible little girl running the CDI...Poor Bucky...
